11:00 PM

Got up about 10:00 A.M. Got a new Smithsonian Magazine in the mail. I read the comics, went thru past issues of Smithsonian for notes, had a couple of TV dinners. At 3:30 Mom & I went to the Mesa Theatre to see "The Last Picture Show" & "Bless the Beasts & the Children."

It was over at 7:30 (started at 3:45), & mom bought donuts, then went to Thrifty & I bought paper, then went to Sav-on & bought a National Lampoon & some Sea & Ski Suntan lotion. That shot $5.00 I got as a check from Gramma Lyda for my birthday that mom cashed yesterday.

Watched the usual Sat. night T.V. shows & turned it off at 10:00 P.M. Looked thru the Natlamp between then & now. That's it for this day.
