Got a beautiful letter from Mrs. Latka today, as well as prints from their slides, which now are on pages 199, 200, 212, 218, 219 --- [these pages equal the dates of July 17, July 18, July 30, August 5, August 6, but some of the photos are not currently on those particular pages...]
5:00 PM
It rained early today. I just finished writing a letter to Sooz and Mrs. Latka.
(2:15 AM 9/3/1972)
Got my mags organized further, and read a bit. Was lucky to notice in the TV Guide that "On The Beach" was on tonight at 11:30. So I finally got to see it. It is one of the great classic S.F. films I've been wanting to see. It just ended.
The radio is on now, and Hilly Rose [wikipedia info] has another psychic on his show. She's talking to a woman now, communicating with 7 spirits about her, getting info on the living person. The psychic (Collins) is English -- Doris Collins, she is. Strange. It's as if deceased people were actually speaking to her about people on the phones. Weird, but true. Or is it? Never mind.
Tacosumi repeated her reaction to high pitched tones I mentioned several months ago [June 28]. I left my cassette player on and when I came back it was emitting its screech because the cassette was through, and Taco was glaring at it, wondering what to do. Another enigma. The scientists can pro'ly answer that one tho. The ants have diminished to a mere trickle. I'll give them one more day.
TOMORROW: Fun & games with Chuck, Murray, Bob & Tim
